Equipment & Resources

Over  the last ten years, one of the main concerns for Inducarton main concerns has been the renovation of its equipment, for the sole purpose of continuing being a leading company in the application of technology to the manufacturing of folding carton boxes and labels.

We have two production lines: an offset for folding carton boxes, and a flexographic for labels and sleeves.

In our Offset Line we have:
 

• Three printing presses with four and six printing stations.
• Two UV coating machines.
• Two automatic die cutters.
• Three automatic folder gluers that can glue thermosensitive materials
• One window patcher and an embossing and hot stamping machine that achieves outstanding results.

In the Flexographic Production Line we have:

• A mounter proofer that allows for shorter set up times.
• A narrow web press.
• A sleeve forming machine.

We also have a design department using the ESKO Software Suite, one of the most advanced computer programs for label and package production and design. The department’s main objective is to provide our customers with support and guidance in graphic and structural development of packaging, labels, and marketing materials.
